Having grown up in Middletown, NJ; Laura is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in French and a minor in science.  After 5 years in Atlanta and 8 years in Savannah, GA; she moved to Simpsonville in 2006 with her husband Jay and children Logan and Griffin.  Prior to children she was the Customer Service Manager for Albany International in Lawrenceville, GA working with sales reps and customers in the United States, Canada and South America.  During her time in Savannah, she was the lead teacher for 3 year olds at Wilmington Island Presbyterian Preschool.

In her spare time she is involved in delivering meals for Meals on Wheels of Greenville which she has been doing for almost 3 years, enjoying her weekly visits with her clients, Co-Chairing the Ways and Means Committee at Bell’s Crossing Elementary and being the team manager for her son’s Carolina Elite Soccer Academy team.  Her biggest joys are being a soccer mom and a dancer mom, cheering on her kids.
